We had a wonderful trip with friends and came across 2 pairs of whales. Apparently they often travel in pairs. We were able to cruise along side them for quite some time. They were intent on their trip north and tried to ignore us. I was a little concerned that the skipper, while travelling “beside” them, was actually gently cutting across their path a bit. But I’m sure it did no lasting damage – I guess our east coast whales are pretty used to it. But it did make them veer off a couple of times. The upside was that as we crossed their path we were able to observe them from both sides of the boat. And they did a couple of breeches and jumps. It’s worth the trip. I took some Travacalm before we left because my stomach isn’t good and the marine forecast was for 2-3 metre swell with 20 knot winds – which we got. All was good (for me at least – someone downstairs vomited all over the carpet).

I called today trying to book one of their cruises for our business function. A man answered the phone rudely with zero phone etiquette , he didn’t even give me the chance to explain what I am calling for then he hung up. I called again thinking a miscommunication happened. Another man answered with no less rude attitude than the first one. horrible customer service & business practise 🙁

Great experience. Worth the money. But did drag it out a little despite numerous people on board getting sick due to rough seas
